BIOGRAPHY

Joachim Schéele is a global expert in industrial gases and decarbonization, currently based in Munich with Linde. With a background in metallurgical research and consultancy, he has worked across steel, metals, mining, and other process industries for over two decades. His career spans leadership roles at AGA, BOC, and Linde, conducting business in more than 40 countries, including a decade in Asia.

Joachim focuses on driving sustainability and hydrogen solutions for hard-to-abate industries. He has published over 200 papers on energy efficiency and emissions reduction and has served on more than 30 boards across industry, research, and education.
